Carnew TDC is pleased to announce our new website services. We will arrange your hosting and design a website for you or your business. Drop into the Centre or call us for more details.

Carnew TDC supplies a full range of business services to meet the varied requirements of our business clientele, target groups and members of the public.

We provide a wide range of local brochures as well as internet services. Whether you need to check flight information, send an email or create and print a letter or CV, our internet services are available to you.

Hotdesking - Available 9am-5pm; M-F

Need an internet connection? Check out our new Hotdesking facility. Bring in your laptop and get 8 mb broadband, office environment, message taking, free post box and canteen facilities.

Secretarial facilities

• Typing: CVs, theses, letters, projects, reports
• Fax, email and Internet services
• Photocopying: colour and black & white
• Scanning/laminating of documents, photographs, pictures

Training/Meeting Room

Our facilities are fully equipped to handle your needs, whether for training, meetings, interviews or presentations. Simply book the room and let our Reception staff take care of all the planning details.

Small Business Support Service (SBSS)

Our consultation service provides:

• advice on becoming an employer
• tax and form filling

Back-up administrative facility to businesses including assistance with:

• letter writing
• business cards
• websites
• compliment slips
• advertising

We can also assist small business owners to decide if their business can sustain extra employees and how best to resource new personnel.

These services may qualify for funding.

Citizens Information Centre

Services are available from 10:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.  This service provides free impartial and confidential information either over the phone or in person.  We deal with queries on:

• Consumer Affairs
• Death and Bereavement
• Education and Training
• Employment
• Environment
• Government in Ireland
• Health
• Housing
• Justice
• Money and Tax
• Moving country
• Social Welfare
• Travel and Recreation

This is a one-stop shop for accessing services through personal interviews, telephone calls, emails and letters.  The staff provide up to date information and advice using the citizens information database which links clients with other services and agencies, help in writing letters and completing forms and making phone calls on behalf of clients.  We advise clients of their options and the possible outcomes of different courses of action.  Clients make their own decisions and act on their own behalf.
