This is a one-stop shop for accessing services through personal interviews, telephone calls, emails and letters. The staff provide up to date information and advice using the citizens information database which links clients with other services and agencies, help in writing letters and completing forms and making phone calls on behalf of clients. We advise clients of their options and the possible outcomes of different courses of action. Clients make their own decisions and act on their own behalf.
